iPhone / iPad Mobile Style Detect and Assign issue

We are using two mobile styles on our forum, a lightweight one for older devices and the vB Mobile skin for newer ones. Up until now, we've left users to change their styles...

• minimal menues
• 2 colors,
• suggestions if an existing theme/skin/template exists
• I need to actually see it on a my blackberry or moto--Q
• I'll pay a reasonable amount
