I upgraded to 4.2.2 this morning and this is what I now get when I try to access my admincp. I can't turn the forum back on. How do I fix this?

I have disabled hooks and plug-ins and it works. When I enable plug-ins and hooks, it quits. I have all add-ons disabled too.

vBulletin 4.2 - Column length too big error
If you are using MySQL 4.1.X, you may receive an error when upgrading your vBulletin software to 4.2.0 or installing an new 4.2.0 package. This is due to the allowed length of the varchar character type.... -
