Missing beginning of URL (forumurl?) in some email notifications (digestforum)

Spoke too soon: The emails for replies to threads always work OK, have the full URL. The emails for daily updates on subscribed threads, THOSE are broken and only show the details after the forum URL...

Thanks. I moved from 4.2.2 (patch level something) to 4.2.3 today. Upgrades have never helped me. I also disabled the factory plug-ins/addons, like CMS and Blog (which I don't use right now). I will wait...

I can use the email sending function (Users/Send Email to Users) and the activate link is blank, probably related.

I am using the standard, unmodified digestforum phrase:

The problem still exists after disabling the "User CP Referral ID and Referrer in Profile" product. I will try the other one tonight.

It appears to be one of my plug-ins. "User CP Referral ID and Referrer in Profile". Disabling that has removed the problem with my thread summaries. At least I think so as it has gone away after...

I have noticed a strange thing. Not sure when it started happening, but possibly around when I installed 4.2.1 a few weeks ago. Some email notifications, but not all, are missing the "http://myforum.com/"...

The suggestion to put everything at the "top" or root of the site, and move the forums (rather than install to /forums and move the CMS to the top) worked for me, and got rid of the popup.
