I could fix the problem. There was $date $timenow variables (something like that) on my template. I removed them. Now, it is working fine....

I am having same issue. I turned off DST for my forum and admin account. It is not fixed. I created another admin account, it is working fine.

.picture is not a problem. My album files are just like yours. But, the error report in your screenshot is about "time zone settings". Check the time zone settings menu.
