OK people, thanks for the ethical side of things. But as vB has a report PM function, I'd like to think my members have enough sense to use that, if they get spammed.

OK, had a look around and saw there are quite a few decent hacks. Although the PM spam reducing could still be a problem, although I belive I could come up with a solution:

The problem is that it's not only newly registered memebrs who decide they want to advertise through PM. Every once in a while I have slightly esablished members who want to do it. And I saw that IPB's...

Well I've just come accross enough money to either buy a vBulletin license, or a IPB license. I really need people to list the major pro's that vBulletin has over IPB.
