My board won't send any email after updated to 3.6.5

After version 3.6.5 was installed, my board won't send any emails, not a single one. We used the maintenance tool and still the email is not sent. It could not be because any filter...

My problem is slover, i put on my php.ini file : memory_limit=64M ( the default value was 8M ) , and the import occurs ok...
