upload all files when upgrading?

Do I upload ALL files in the upload folder when upgrading or just the upgrade.phpxx files?

What about the image files and the memberlist.php?

Just load all your images up against a table in each page and assign them a 1pixel X 1pixel dimension. If you can see them at all it will just look like this .....................................

I just converted a UBB to V-Bulletin. Conversion went well except only a few forums were transfered. It seems the only forums that were converted were the ones I accessed while still UBB.
