WYSIWYG IE problem

On my skin I created, there is an error with the WYSIWYG editor in IE, but it works fine in Firefox. There is a tab or something that causes the editor to look weird, and I cannot figure...

I have a license for both. I like them both but my vBulletin is easier for me to use. Maybe it was because I bought it first and used it longer but who knows.
