I just upgraded to 4.2.2 patch 1 about an hour ago. After it was done I re-enabled the forum and looked around to make sure everything looked OK and it did.

It looks like I fixed it. The Tapatalk plugin was out of date - once I updated to the most recent version the "leave this page" confirmation stopped appearing.

About 2 weeks ago I had a minor hack done on my site. I took steps to re-secure the site and I re-uploaded all-new vBulletin files.
