The new WHM 11.24.2 will work fine with 384mb ram on a vps. Dont want to go any lower then that though....

Thats an overseller. There is no such thing as unlimted everything. Stay far away from oversellers.

I think they are an unmanaged vps provider. They dont offer control panels so you will have to get your own.

My personal on runs on Centos 5. I recommend that to our clients also. Vbulletin seems to work better on it.
