We have installed vbulletin on server A. Server B is configured to use /forum/ which /forum/ points to Server A. Our vBulletin URL and Login URL are as follows:

Update:

We've used Newrelic to spot the issue. The issue was when it was sending out the notification email. Long story short, we swiched to postfix to send the email and it's now blazing...

Im sure you meant /core/includes/xml/logger.xml.

Did that but that vbdebuglog.log file is nowhere to be found on my server. Strange. Permission issue? This post had no help
