I ended up re running the install like you said. Everything worked and looked good. The only problem I have now is when I try to delete a forum in the manager I get this error.......

Can you use themes for VB4 with VB5?

After doing that I was able to log in.. But its still not looking anything like a forum....

But it doesnt look right at all. And I cant login to the admin panel
