Member has a viewing issue

He can't reload every time he goes back to topics to make it go away. It's a unique issue he's got for sure, but nothing so far solves it unfortunately....

He says he's been tapping on a whitespace....

He says he does tap outside that yellow and gets more yellow messages. I'm totally ignorant about this issue, because this is the only subscriber with the problem....

A member of my site sent me a screenshot of his issue. He can't read our content using his iPhone because it's covered with another pop up window. Just wondering how we fix the issue for him? Thank you!...
