VB 5.1.5 Installation stuck at step 6

ok installation is complete but i see a blank page when i open the website.. any suggestions?

i had Vb 5.0.4 running before and decided to go with 5.1.5 and have fresh install instead of update to 5.1.5. It does not show any error message but it did reach step 7 when i deleted the database and...

trying to do fresh install on my website.

Did following
1) downloaded vb 5.1.5
2) created database and user
3) Editted the config files
4) started installation and...
