Upgrade from 5.3.3 to 5.4.5 fails to support 5.3.3 site builder menu
I upgraded from 5.3.3 to 5.4.5 and the site builder is broken in several ways:

Upgrade error when upgrading from 4.2.2 to 5.1.9
