ok. I just found how to renew my ticket support

I put a support ticket in, and my ticket support has expired. How can I renew the ticket support. I have been to the members area, and the only ticket support is if I buy a new license?

I went to my host provider..under phpmyadmin there are multiple databases.. I will be changing the domain name and redesigning the site from the start.. Should I delete all files then reupload to a complete...

should i delete those on the server side? That shouldnt be there ... There should not be a cache, cgi-bin, clientscript, cpstyles, etc

After uploading I went to the core directory on my server and deleted the install directory.. Still blank (white) http://www.osras.org what am i doing wrong?

I can login and when I try to get to the ACP.. it says "Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist" ?
