It works without Akismet even for new members. I disabled it, I have no problem with this.

It works without mod_security enabled.
How should I proceed? I do not think it's a good idea to work with mod_security disabled..

The NEW TOPICS button is available only for registered members, right? Or that's the default option, from what I see.
Probably you know better this. So you can't see it if you're unregistered....
