sorry to bump an old thread but was this ever figured out?

I was not able to see any posts in this thread but when looking at the forum index, I could see it was posted in. I clicked on your name Joe and was able to see your reply from there. Seems like an odd...

...but when I click the purchase link, it tells me to log in. ok, so, I put in my login information, submit it and it tells me its wrong/invalid. when I click the link to reset my password, I don't get...
