toplinks navbar hover color for logged in user

I made ma Header Background white. When no user is logged in, I can see the toplinks (login stuff, etc.) very nice, but as soon as a user is loged in, the toplinks navbar background...

yes (think so). I mean what to check in specific? I don't get any errors in the apache error log and the Test under Maintenance in admincp works fine as well.

I checked this and it reports to be fine.
As said, I doubt it's a general filesystem or php problem, as I can e.g. change the picture of a comunity group.
