As the topic states.

If it reply to a topic created with a guest account, as a user, it fails with error "Invalid Data".

If I go to any of the channel permissions, and click on "Unregistered / Not logged in", it is set to "inherit from parent". Not sure what exactly this means.... But I would have thought...
