There is no Parent channel, it is just in a category it's most definitely set to act as a channel. Quite frankly it doesn't make sense...

Display order is set to 1, I have also set some forums up that didnt show up, they eventually do but only when logged in. So i am not sure who can see them and who can't It's not permission based as these...Leave a comment:
