I am now going on day 3 of trying to upgrade from vb4.2 to vb5 and woke up this morning to the following error:

I am trying to upgrade from vBulletin 4.2.0 to vb 5.0.1 however whenever I try using the Upgrade.php I just get a blank screen.

I even tried to do it from the command line as root as

I already dumped my database but did not change the URL information before dumping it....

In the vBulletin 5 manual it says the following......
