showing post and thread number without any

i newly created forum, there is not thread and post created yet but it's showing 4 thread and 4 post in each forum. (http://crazykoel.com).
i don;t know the reason, i have cleared cache. and optimise...

Is it possible to do with code modification?

is there any way to ask user to select prefix before posting thread?

it's possible in vb4 but not possible in vb5, will it be included in future release?...

I am trying to setup Prefixes mandatory in forum vbulletin 5 but i couldn't find any option how to do that. i have checked the forum permission but there is no option

Thanks for replying, I have linux hosting provider. There is no option of Display attached images inline' and 'Creation Icons. i can only see View Attached Images Inline which is Yes full size in my setting....
