Moved topic still on OLD URL

After moving a topic to another channel , the Old URL of the topic still remains, and its also showing the old breadcrumb.

So it should work with some other browser , but its not working , I tried it with Chrome ( No Add-on is there ), Internet Explorer, Safari (Freshly Installed) .
