Navbar pop-ups stopped working?

Suddenly, the pop-ups aren't working in the forums (quick links, search, etc). (But, the pop-ups DO work on my vBAdvanced home page)

What I'm actually looking for is someone with experience with Plesk 7 and vBulletin. I've used cPanel fo years, so yes I'm familar with it.

uhhh... I don't actually need a host, need info on the Plesk 7 thing.

I'm just aout to upgrade my old server to a new one... support for cpanel is going away, they only offer Plesk 7 (red hat). Seems I've read about some issues with this setup?

Regarless of the fees, they have by far the most acceptance and users out there. Just last year I received a LOT of snail-mailed checks, now, 90% comes via paypal.

Here's the deal.
1) Private forums that are set for "upgraded" member groups.
2) the regular members should be able to see it's there, but not enter it
