I dont know what the name of the function is but I see on many other forums where certain words will show a definition when the mouse hovers over it. how is this done in Vbulletin5?

My host set the mail program to send out on the static ip with ssl. Its only 5.00 a month. I Cant guarantee that will work for everyone. Before that , hotmail and outlook.com refused to work and no bounceback...

problem fixed. It was a hosting certificate didnt match and was causing filezilla to corupt files. Duplicate site is now deleted as well.
