Discovered that my problem was that I was editing the config.php file in my TEST system, NOT my production system....

I had two admin users set for unalterable in the config.php file, but need to change something on one of them, so I edited config.php to remove that user's number, and the changes are not taking affect....

I realize that.... and for the most part, I think they are being deleted. (the records in attachment that have contentid of 0)... And yes, my cronlog indicates that all my Scheduled Tasks are running...
