I just noticed in our forum that footer time that guests see hasn't changed to standard time. DST detection is working fine for registered users but guests see it 1 hour ahead.

Do you have a trailing slash in ACP > Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details > Forum URL?
Also, are Forum URL & Homepage URL different & if so how are you listing...
