This just started happening randomly, but when I'm logged in I'm unable to view any threads/blogs. It just loads a page...

That's what I'm using.

edit: looks like a permissions issues. reset perms on core/install (inclusive) to 755 and set 644 on upgrade.php and it loads fine.

Have tried fresh upgrade with new copy of 4.2.0 database.

Internal server error received now when trying to access install/upgrade.php.
