I am trying to send it using SMTP now after PHP just did not work, and I am getting this error:

I recently set my forum to require users to activate and confirm their accounts via email... but almost all new users complain that they have not received their email and are unable to use the forum......

I'm modifying a template to only allow avatar uploads for the admin group, while all other group can only enter url's to images.

How can I make this part of the code...

Ok I just don't want users to be uploading the avatars to my forum, I want them to be able to use them by linking to a off-site image from say ImageShack or whatever.
