Restrictions on content?

I'm thinking of adding the mobile apps to one of my forums. Out of curiosity, are there any restrictions on what forums are allowed to submit apps based on content? For example, if your forum content...

You should call the page name Home and change the url to just the slash /...

shows the sidebar widgets before the content. ie if I go to the home page or the forum page on my mobile, it displays the sidebar widgets eg who's online, latest activity etc. at the top of the page before...

I changed the forum page first. Click save page then add the url /whatever. Then create page and save it as / . After that, update your navigation manager.

When you hover over logo, you get the message "Powered by Vbulletin" In vb4 I'd edit the x_powered_by_vbulletin phrase. I can find that phrase in vb5 but despite editing it, the message doesn't...

Another thing on the articles module, I've removed the page title widget but am left with the text "CMS Home Page" - is there a way to remove this?
