One of the users on my forum pointed me out that he was able to post any kind of url (also goo.gl redirects) within the image tags, like this:

[ IMG ] http://goo.gl/GLfGG

It can be done with only jQuery, see http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?p=2299182 for described solution (VB 4.1.10, but probably older versions as well)
