Online users not showing up on frontpage/homepage

thanks i will see if i can find the issue.. i saw in the members area the ticket support page that in the instructions we give you our login info? does that mean you guys go in the settings and fix it...

your right the default template does show the online users.... so it has to do with the CSS Style in the footer thats causing it?

hi is there a way to fix this issue with users not showing up on the who's online section of the footer on the front page?
