I just did a fresh install for my test site, using a fresh database. Everything went perfect, but when It asked me to go to the admincp I get this error

When someone creates an article, and someone replies to it, the create is getting emails that says the normal stuff, but it is refering my users to vbcms-comments "thread" instead of the article......
