hello all, my download area only lets me get up to 3.6.8 PL2 as described here:

it only lets me download up to 3.6.8 PL2, not 3.6.10. I can't get 3.7 or better due to my expired license. i'll renew soon but maybe not now, can i get 3.6.10 ?
