I recently deleted my old 4.2.1 board (but backed it up before doing so) as I planned to start the board over from scratch, wanting to start fresh without the hundreds of thousands of bots the old board...

I have the same problem. I'm trying to prune a ton of bots from my board (over 375,000). Is there a way I can do that more efficiently (i.e.: Not get errors or timeouts after deleting 20 or so users)...

This is about when my problems happened as well. I suspect something GoDaddy did made the vBulletin boards un-friendly with GoDaddy.

Time to get a support ticket done and see what I can...
