Automatic Signature Moderator

Hi guys

I'm trying to implement a signature control policy for my forums, is there some form of automated control which will not allow a member to present a signature outside specific perimeters....

What I'm looking for is limited access to the control panel, not full access?

At this stage all I can see is full access to the control panel or nothing..

Please correct me if I'm wrong.... but I heard 3.0.0 provides the feature of different levels of admin access.
