Another strange thing, tested channel permission instead from quick-permission, from the regular page and setting deny channel to a usergroup works fine.
I noted VB5 asked to set channel permission...

ok forget about the url, was the chrome cache showing error of old admin. Here is debug mode of the error :

It happens in admincp. The strange is the url link, looks like a bad login (to me), so i refreshed the page, logout, login again but error is still there. Tried with firefox from where i never opened...

Just installed a fresh 5.4.4 on ubuntu 18.04 with php 7.2 , Apache/2.4.29 everything seems fine, but when i go set permission on channel permission manager and save get this error. Any idea ?

Solved. With ie and edge works fine, with google chrome it does not. Also my site has some links reported as phishing, so the problem is google !!

I have moved server, but some (not all) image links do not have the domain name:

So that's what happened...out of business. Not even an email to customers that paid hundreds $, not nice at all.
Back to the problem, had a problem upgrading to the last 4.2.2 and solved with this...

Running VB 4.2.1
I went through lots of posts, mainly suggesting to go in usergroup permission and set to yes "can edit own posts", but it's not working.
Tried also forum permission...

No in domain root there is an index.html that redirects to other stuff (it is original,not modified) then I created the "forum" folder and installed vb5 in there.
My scope is to set/finalize...
