I have looked at the link to the add-on. I don't have that add-on installed, nor anything like it.

But any post on my forum that contains the word drugs goes straight into auto-moderation,...

There's a feature whereby certain words included in a post will send the post into "Awaiting Moderation".

Can you tell me please where I can find and change that list of words?...

Log in to the Admin Control Panel. On the left, find Languages and Phrases. Open it and click on Search in Phrases.
