Go to your admincp, then expand 'Language and PHrases', do a search and modify the 'all_times_are_gmt_x_time_now_is_y' phrase.

i did this a few months ago too. Luckily, I managed to get it back up and running within an hour by reuploading the files and then making modifications again. Best of luck.
