Solved!!
The problem are in the translation of some parts of toolbar in post reply, "Horizontal rule" and "break page".
I delete the translations and it's solved....Leave a comment:

Hello,
Nobody can't write in the text editor when i click un New Topic.
The same if i go to the box of Quick Reply.
And a related error if I try to edit a topic, not open the...
