Thanks for the feedback, the installation process if very simple so I know I didn't miss anything however I have contacted the theme creator and I'm awaiting his comments. In the meantime I noticed this...

I downloaded a theme from themeforest and after following the simple installation instructions it just doesn't look right.
Here is how it's supposed to look:

Since my upgrade I have noticed that all the thread dates have gone and have been replaced with "d M Y" the time stamp remains unaffected.
Is there anything that could be causing this?...

I just upgraded to vBulletin 5.1.4 Patch 3 and now I can't login. I am getting the following debug message when I attempt

I contacted my hosting provider and they have said that they cannot offer version 5.4 but they can offer 5.3 or 5.5
My forum is totally broken due to this error and people have stopped using it....
