It's unlikely that a forum would require that many usergroups... There's probaly a way around what he wants to do.....

A reply from the vbulletin devs might be nice. Especially since it's not an isolated problem. The thread i posted a link to proves i'm not the only one having trouble with that.

It has been taken out in vbulletin 3. But there is a hack for vb2 on vbulletin.org which will remove it.

But you were wrong. pmpopup=0 will set it to OFF.

vBulletin 3 shows your pm status on every page, in the navbar. It's a lot easier to notice.

If you want to turn it on for every user, you will have to run a query:

You can find hacks which do this at vbulletin.org. Try searching the Hack Database.

vb2 has the admin directory hardcoded in. You need to open each file in the admin dir and change references from admin/ to your new path.

I'm not sure what you mean by that, Neil. Do you mean the thread view options in the "edit options" page of the usercp?

you can't exactly "get new templates". If you don't like the colors, well... modify them. You can get template modifications at vbtemplates.com
