No way to ban people

I'm not that stupid, I already did that, still nothing.

When you click on ban user, the page comes up with how long the ban should be, and the name of the user, BUT theres NO users groups to pick, thus making a error saying No usergroup selected.

If you have a password protected forum any user, viewing the index page can see the name of the last post on the forum......

When trying to change profile setting via the usercp you get this message that you are a COPPA user.


And when in admincp and you look at the admin user it says your a COPPA user....

Thanks, I was trying to do the microstat hack thingy. but it didn't work for me so I tryed undoing it. Guess it wasn't being nice to me =/
