Unable to add new forum

i found reason. i use
$config['Datastore']['class'] = 'vB_Datastore_Filecache';

but i forget chmod file datastore_cache.php is 777

so it not able.

I moved host recently, and after I am since unable to add a new forum section etc...

When I try it says it has successful worked, but then it doesn't show the new changes.

but URLs from site others link to my site , it will die.

My old URL is 'Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs'. I installed vbseo, but when enter old URL (google search) then I see 'Page Not Found'. I want old URL come back 'Standard URLs' then vbseo will work.
