Announcements wont show

I started over with a new board. Fresh install of vB2.2.1 and I made a few announcements for a few forums and submitted them but they wont show.....

How do I get the announcements to ...

My board has been down for 2+ weeks now and I keep getting the same DB error message which is:

I am still getting the same error message and it has been over 24 hours since I submitted a trouble ticket to my host.....HostRocket really sucks

I was looking at my admin logs, seems one of my admin has been changing users access to certain forums on my board and i would like to see what users he is changing access for...but in the admin logs...
