not allowing members to subscribe to threads.. how to?

I did too and it worked. Problem is since 2010 when the Facebook Plugin was available, I always used it and could always create static pages.

This really needs to be addressed. It happened with the recent vB update. I was always able to create them in the past up until the day before we updated....
