Periods at end of thread title causing problems

I've got a thread in my forums that has .... at the end of the title. When you click on the "2" to go to page "2" of the thread, you get a page that says you don't have permission...

It's one grid. The 4 links are the same page with different themes....

It is a custom grid. Not quite sure how you update a grid. All I know is that 2 of the the styles work right and two of them don't work right....

Just updated to 4.0.2 and now I'm having a problem with my CMS. My right column has disappeared on some styles.

Hmmm. It seems to be related to screen resolution. My monitor here at work is 1152x864 and the above quote has a huge gap above it. When I remoted into my computer at home, with my widescreen, it looks...

Since I installed 4.0.2, if I quote someone, there's a big gap above my post as such:

Ok, I swear I edited the templates before, but in the plugins manager I had to disable the menu items. Problem solved.

I've checked the navbar and I can't find it. It's driving me nuts because before I had to create a new theme, I had removed those but I can't remember how I did it....

Ok, I feel really stupid. I had to reupload one of my styles to my forums. I've added some mods including downloads, awards, forms and points market. Previously, I somehow removed the links to these mods...
