How do I change the showing thread date range (default)

But it doesn't say "you have already voted", it says "you don't have permission to vote on this poll". When I view the poll logged in, I tells me I already voted. Does this mean...

Oh, ok...so then only one unregistered person can vote then the rest will have to register before they can vote? right?

It has been set to yes, and I even double checked to make sure a few times. It is and has been set to yes for a couple weeks.

Any other things I should check?

I set the permissions so that all can vote. But when I go to my forum in another browser as an unregistered and view the poll, it says on the poll results that "you do not have permission to vote."...

When I installed my board the time was off by like 32 minutes, now 3 weeks later it is off by 45 minutes. Every couple days it looses another minute or two. What's happening? Any ideas?

well it's doing something different now. Now it is putting the correct url but it now attaching upload/admin//%22http://www.blahblahwebsite.com/%22 to the end of the correct url....

I change the timezoneoffset to -5 from 0 in the sessions, I change the vbulletin logo to my own logo on the top of the forum pages, by changing the image name in the image path of admin CP. And added...
