I need help with support tickets and a problem

We did what was suggested, upgraded to 5.1.5., but the problem is still there. I've updated our current ticket with screenshots.

We just upgraded from 5.0.5 to 5.1.1. PHP 5.5. Add ons: Forum runner, Noypiscripter Editor Fix, Floating Bar, Profile Preview, Quote Selected text.
Since the upgrade, members cannot post photos...
